N.P.U. 010
Our universal press N.P.U 010 is a pneumatic device, patented by Eurocab in 2009. A compact device which is especially useful when it is required to crimp an extensive range of insulated and uninsulated ferrules.
The key feature that differentiates this device from others on the market, is the single opening on the front, which allows to crimp terminals from section 0,14 to 10 mm², without erring in the positioning or needing to change the matrix. This device enables a remarkable opreability and simplicity of use, compared to any other manual or pneumatic utensil normally used for crimping, thanks to the single opening on the front. In this way there’s no need for specific or advanced skills from the operator. The crimping is compliant to the current regulations regarding the load value and the tensile strength (CEI EN 60999-1).
This device is equipped with a connection for the pneumatic system and a pedal which pressure activates the crimping process. Made with first-class materials and with measures that are able to bring the maintenance operations to a minimum and allow for an extremely safe use. The air flux regulators on the right side of the press are set in the testing phase and don’t need further changes; like this it’s possible to regulate the right flux depending on the cable section and the operating pressure in the system.
